Market valuation before a disaster<\/h2>

It is important to have your property valued before disaster strikes<\/span> .
\r\nIt is the expertise in insurance value (market value) that allows you to determine the amount of the guarantee to be subscribed. It is often complicated to estimate the value of your home and to communicate the right value to your insurer.\r\n

Expertise after a disaster<\/h2>

The role of the insured\u2019s expert is to defend the client who mandates him (company or individual) in the event of a disaster against the insurance expert. \r\nWe intervene for the evaluation of your real estate or the loss of use to establish at best your claim in the following fields:

\r\nFees of the insured\u2019s expert: two scenarios:
\r\n\u2013 Your insurance contract (covering the loss) provides for partial or total coverage of expert fees: they will be paid by your insurer within the limits of the clauses of your contract.
\r\n\u2013 Your insurance contract (covering the loss) does not provide for coverage of the expert\u2019s fees: in this case the fees remain exclusively at your expense.
They will apply as follows:
\r\n1) Possibility of fixed remuneration in certain cases.
