Expert in real estate and commercial appraisal, founder of the firm, Patrick CAPUTO worked as a bailiff in Nice and the Alpes-Maritimes since 1995, before moving into the field of real estate appraisal, where he was able to contribute his legal skills and professional experience.
Patrick CAPUTO is a legal expert at the Aix en Provence Court of Appeal.
Member of the Syndicat National des Experts Immobiliers SNEI, of which he is currently Chairman.
